What’s the difference between Starter, Growth and Scale?

Only the limits — core users and active projects. Starter: 3 core / 5 projects. Growth: 6 / 12. Scale: 12 / 30. Labour, contractors and staff are free and unlimited on all three. All three plans ship with every Trackovo module. There is no feature-locked tier.

What happens if I go over my plan limits?

Buy the relevant add-on. ₹419/month adds 1 Core User seat. ₹239/month adds 1 Active Project. Or upgrade to the next plan if you’ll cross several limits.

Can I switch billing cycles (monthly to yearly)?

Yes. You can pay monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Yearly saves about 17% versus paying monthly. You can switch between cycles at renewal.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days, no credit card required. You get full access to every module on a Starter-level workspace during the trial.

Which roles count as core users?
