Onsite vs RDash vs Trackovo: Price and Feature Comparison for Indian Contractors (2026)
Three construction management apps that Indian contractors, builders and interior firms shortlist together. This page puts their public pricing and their core modules side by side, as read from each vendor's own pricing page and Google Play listing on 16 October 2026. Prices change; confirm with the vendor before you buy.

In short
Onsite and RDash price per user per year, with the most-asked-for modules in higher tiers or as add-ons. Trackovo prices per month with every module in every plan and only the number of core users and active projects changing between plans. Onsite is the most downloaded of the three on Google Play. RDash is built around design management and procurement for interiors and design-build firms. Trackovo is built around the daily site loop: material request to receipt, labour attendance to settlement, DPR and payments.

Which one fits which team
- Onsite fits a contractor who wants the widest module list and is ready to pay per user and per add-on. It has the longest track record on Google Play of the three.
- RDash fits interior, retail roll-out and design-build firms where drawing versions, BOQ change orders and procurement approvals are the daily work, and where a US-dollar per-user price is acceptable.
- Trackovo fits contractors, builders and interior firms who want material, labour hajiri, DPR and payments in one app at a fixed monthly price, with every module open from day one and labour and contractor logins not counted as seats.
How to decide in one week
Run one live site on two of the three for a week. Ask the site engineer to raise every material request and the supervisor to mark every day's attendance in both. On Friday compare: which app has the full week of data, which one the team opened without being told, and what the bill will be next year when the team is twice the size.
Frequently asked questions
Is Onsite or Trackovo cheaper for a small contractor?
For up to 3 office users, Trackovo Starter at Rs 17,999 per year (70% launch offer) is well below Onsite Business at Rs 60,000 for 5 users, but Trackovo includes GPS attendance, BOQ and purchase orders, which Onsite sells in higher tiers or as add-ons. For 5 or 6 users, Trackovo Growth is Rs 29,999 (70% launch offer) against Onsite Business+ Rs 75,000 plus add-ons. Compare with the modules you actually need switched on.
What does RDash cost in rupees?
RDash lists its Pro plan at US $1,000 per user per year, billed annually in advance, with implementation billed separately. At about Rs 84 per dollar that is roughly Rs 84,000 per user per year before implementation. Enterprise pricing is a custom quote.
Does Trackovo have everything Onsite and RDash have?
No. RDash's design and drawing management and Onsite's Tally and SAP integrations are not in Trackovo. Trackovo's scope is the site loop: material, labour attendance and settlement, DPR, measurement book, payments and client photo updates.
Which app do Indian contractors download most?
Onsite, by a wide margin on Google Play, followed by Powerplay. RDash and Trackovo have far fewer installs. Downloads show reach, not fit; the one-week parallel test above shows fit.
