Trackovo is made in India, in Greater Noida, and is now offered to contracting companies in the UAE. The app is one app on Android, iPhone and web, listed on the UAE Google Play Store and the UAE App Store. Sign-in is by mobile number with a one-time code, and the sign-in screen has a country-code picker, so your Abu Dhabi number works. Frequently asked questions
Which currency does the app show?
Outside invoices, amounts in the app are currently displayed with the Indian rupee symbol and Indian number grouping, using lakh and crore. Invoice currency can be set to AED on each invoice, so your proforma and sales invoices to clients can be raised in dirhams. Dirham display across the whole app is not available today; it is something to discuss on the demo call, and we do not promise a date for it.
How is Trackovo priced for UAE companies?
Pricing for UAE companies is confirmed on the demo call. The price is per company, not per user: labour, contractors and site staff log in free and unlimited, and only office roles such as admin, project manager, purchase manager, site engineer and accountant count as users. The public India price list at /plans/ shows the structure: Starter, Growth and Scale plans, monthly or yearly, with every module included in every plan. There is a 14-day free trial and no card is needed.
Is the app available in Arabic?
No. Trackovo currently has an English-language interface only. There is no Arabic-language interface, and we do not want to promise one without a date. Many teams in Abu Dhabi work in English on site and in the office, and the screens use plain wording, but if Arabic is a firm requirement for your team, the honest answer is that Trackovo is not the right fit today.
Does Trackovo work offline on remote sites?
No. The network is needed to record entries, so the app does not work offline. Attendance, material entries and daily reports are sent when they are recorded, with photo and GPS proof. If a site along Al Ain road has poor coverage, entries have to wait until the phone has a connection. We say this plainly because offline working is a common question, and we would rather you know before the trial than after.
Can I issue invoices with VAT at 5%?
Yes, proforma and sales invoices support configurable tax rows. A tax row has a name, a percent rate and an inclusive or exclusive flag, so a row named VAT at 5 percent can be set up. Each party record has a tax ID field where a TRN fits, and a flag for whether tax applies. UAE VAT has applied since 1 January 2018, and VAT invoices need the supplier’s TRN. Trackovo is a site-management app with invoicing, not a tax filing tool, so you remain responsible for your VAT returns.
What does the client login show?
The client login is a separate view for your client that shows progress on their project, including photos. It is a read-only update channel for the villa owner or main contractor you report to, so they can check status themselves instead of calling your project manager each time. It shows their project only, not your other sites, your costs or your vendor dues.
Can I export my data if we stop using Trackovo?
Yes. Data export is available on request, so your registers, reports and records are not locked inside the app. When you start, the team also helps import your existing Excel registers, such as BOQ files, vendor lists and labour records, so you do not have to retype years of data. You can ask for an export at any time during or after your subscription.
