Delete your Trackovo account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Trackovo account and associated personal data.

What happens when you delete:
  • Your personal profile and login are permanently removed.
  • We erase or anonymise personal identifiers in accordance with our retention policy.
  • Team/company project records that are owned by your organisation may be retained by the organisation admin (non‑personal business data).
If you are part of a company account, we may need to notify the company admin before completing deletion.
The email you used to sign in to Trackovo.
If you know your app UID, adding it speeds up verification.
If empty, we process as soon as we verify ownership.

How long does it take? We aim to complete verified requests within 7 days. Some backups may take up to 30 days to purge.
