Core seats are the operational decision-makers and data-entry users who shape the system day to day. Plan limits and the “+1 Core User” add-on apply here.

Non-Core Users
Labour · Contractor · Staff

Non-core seats cover everyone whose main job is being tracked by the system (labour attendance, contractor payments, site staff) rather than running it. Priced separately in 200-seat blocks.

Is GST included in the plan price?
No. All plan prices shown are before 18% GST. Your final invoice will show plan price + add-ons + 18% GST on the subtotal.
What’s the difference between Starter, Growth and Scale?
Only the limits — core users, active projects and non-core users. Starter: 3 core / 5 projects / 100 non-core. Growth: 6 / 12 / 250. Scale: 12 / 30 / 600. All three plans ship with every Trackovo module. There is no feature-locked tier.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
Buy the relevant add-on. ₹1,998/month adds 1 Core User seat. ₹598/month adds 1 Active Project. ₹398/month adds a block of 200 Non-core user seats. Or upgrade to the next plan if you’ll cross several limits.
Can I switch billing cycles (monthly to yearly)?
Yes. Quarterly billing saves 5%, half-yearly saves 10%, yearly saves 15% versus straight monthly. You can switch between cycles at renewal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, no credit card required. You get full access to every module on a Starter-level workspace during the trial.
Which roles count as core users?
Admin, Project Manager, Purchase Manager, Site Engineer, Accountant and Rider. These are the operational decision-makers. Non-core = Labour, Contractor and Staff, priced separately in 200-seat blocks.
Do you have an enterprise / custom plan?
Not today. The three tiers above cover every current customer. If you have needs that don’t fit, book a demo and tell us — we’d rather build for real demand than publish a fake “Contact Sales” tier.
