How Pricing Works (Simple Definitions)

Trackovo pricing is based on who manages work (Core Users), how many sites are active (Active Projects), and how many people participate (Non-core users).
Core Users (Paid seats) Admin, Purchase Manager, Project Manager, Site Engineer, Staff, Rider. These users create/approve/manage operations.
Non-core Users (Capacity) Labours, Contractors, Vendors, Clients. Used for attendance, requests, updates and visibility. Charged in capacity blocks.
Active Projects (Sites) Only ongoing projects count. Archived/Closed projects don’t count, so you never pay for old data.
Tip: Start with Growth if you have multiple sites and more than one manager. Add-ons handle the rest.

What is a Core User?
Core users manage operations: Admin, Purchase Manager, Project Manager, Site Engineer, Staff, Rider. They create, edit and approve work.
What is a Non-core user?
Non-core users are participants: Labours, Contractors, Vendors, Clients. They are used for attendance, requests, updates and visibility, counted as capacity.
What counts as an Active Project?
Active projects are ongoing sites. Archived/Closed projects don’t count towards your limit, so you keep historical records without paying extra.
Can I upgrade or add add-ons later?
Yes. Upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons anytime from Billing inside the app. Choose a plan first and scale when needed.
